1/2 cup toasted Pine nuts or Pepitas
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 small Garlic Clove
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
2 cups Basil Leaves
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- In a food processor, combine the pine nuts, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and Noble Made Nutritional Yeast and pulse until well chopped.
- Add basil and pulse until combined.
- While pulsing, drizzle in olive oil. Add extra for smother consistency as desired.
