Paleo BBQ Trail Mix

(Whole30, Paleo, Gluten Free)

1 cup Plantain Chips

1 cup Pumpkin Seeds

1 cup Cashews

1 cup Almonds

2 tbsp Avocado Oil

2 tbsp Noble Made Classic BBQ Seasoning



  1. Preheat the oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add plantain chips, pumpkin seeds, and nuts to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the oil on top and add the Noble Made Classic BBQ seasoning. Toss to coat and combine fully.
  3. Add the seasoned mixture to the baking sheet and spread out in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes flipping halfway or until the nuts are lightly toasted and not burnt.
  5. Let cool completely before storing.
