INGREDIENTS
1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
12 cups of bone-broth (store bought or home made)
4 tablespoons of Hot and Spicy Noble Made Marinade
4 teaspoons of Coconut Aminos
1 large sized Daikon, spiralized
2 thinly sliced jalapeños
1 bunch of Asian Basil
1 cup of radish sprouts
1 lime cut into 4 wedges
4 thinly sliced green onions (optional)
Homemade Bone Broth:
1 lb of beef neck bones
1 large onion
8 garlic cloves
2 celery ribs
1 bunch of thyme
1 thumb of fresh ginger
4 all spice berries
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
12 cups of water
INSTANT POT HOME MADE BONE BROTH INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to an instant pot
- Seal and pressure cook on high for 1 hour
- Strain off liquid and discard bones and seasonings
STORE BOUGHT BONE BROTH INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pot, bring bone broth to a roaring boil
- Then add three cups of boiling hot bone broth to a bowl, per serving (recipe serves 4)
- Next add 1 tablespoon of Hot and Spicy Noble Made Marinade and 1 teaspoon of Coconut Aminos to the bowl of bone broth and mix together well
- Then add the thinly sliced ribeye steak, followed by the daikon noodles
- Next garnish soup with radish sprouts, sliced jalapeños, a sprig of Aiain basil, green onions and a wedge of lime
- Serve piping hot!
