These hearty mushrooms are perfect to top a steak or burger.

Yield: 4 Servings
8 oz Portobello Mushrooms, Sliced
2 tbsp Ghee
2 tsp Minced Garlic
¼ tsp Dried Thyme
3 tbsp Noble Made Classic Marinade
- In a medium saucepan, heat up ghee over medium high heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms to pan and sauté for 3-5 minutes until they begin to release their water and soften.
- Add in minced garlic, and dried thyme and continue to cook for another minute.
- Add Noble Made Classic Marinade, toss with mushrooms and turn heat down to low. Cook for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Serve hot on top of steak or burgers.
