1 to 1.5 lbs. Wild-caught, Skin-on Salmon Filet
1/2 Bottle of Noble Made Citrus Herb Marinade
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Lemon Slices, for Garnish
Fresh Parsley, for Garnish
- Place salmon, Noble Made Citrus Herb Marinade, sea salt and black pepper in a zip-top bag and store in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
- When ready to cook, bring grill to high heat. Remove salmon from marinade.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down and cook for two minutes. Flip salmon and cook for two more minutes. Check for doneness and remove from grill when cooked to your preference. Allow to rest for a few moments.
- Garnish with fresh lemon and parsley, and serve.
