
This Asian classic is made with simple flavors and perfect for meal prep.

Yield: 4-6 Servings
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Thin Sliced Steak, (flank, hanger, or skirt steak)
2 Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Small Red Onion, Sliced
½ cup Noble Made Hot and Spicy Marinade
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Minced Ginger
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
OPTIONAL: 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- In medium sized bowl whisk together, Noble Made Hot and Spicy Marinade, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
- Heat up a large skillet over high heat and add 1 tbsp avocado oil. Add thin sliced steak and saute for 3 minutes until steak begins to brown. Toss in sliced peppers and onions and saute for another 3 minutes.
- Once vegetables begin to soften in skillet, pour in whisked marinade. Turn down heat to medium and cook 3-5 minutes or until sauce thickens up and meat and vegetables are fully coated.
- Serve over white rice, cauliflower rice and garnish with sesame seed and green onion.
