Caribbean Jerk Chicken Breast (Instant Pot Recipe)

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Yield: 4-6 cups



3 lbs Chicken Breast, Trimmed and Filet Lengthwise

1 Orange, Juiced

2 Limes, Juiced

½ cup Noble Made Citrus & Herb Marinade

½ cup Chicken Stock

½ Red Onion, Diced

1 Jalapeno, Seeded and Minced

2 tsp Dried Thyme

2 tsp Garlic Powder

½ tsp Fennel Seed

¼ tsp Ginger Powder

1/8 tsp Allspice



  1. Add chicken breast to your instant pot.


  1. Add in orange juice, lime juice, Noble Made Citrus & Herb Marinade, chicken stock, onion, jalapeno, all spice and stir until chicken is evenly coated with liquid and spices


  1. Cook on Manual HIGH pressure for 30 minutes and let pressure release naturally.


  1. Shred chicken and serve hot.
