
Tuna Poke Salad

INGREDIENTS
Large handful mixed greens
½ c Seaweed
½ Avocado, sliced
½ Mango, cut into cubes
¼ lb Sushi grade Ahi Tuna
⅛ c Coconut Aminos
1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and sesame oil into a small bowl.
- Cut the ahi tuna into cubes, place into the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Combine all salad ingredients into a bowl, add marinated ahi tuna to the salad, sprinkle sesame seeds, drizzle with TNP Carrot Ginger Dressing and enjoy!
