Tuna Poke Salad

Large handful mixed greens

½ c Seaweed

½ Avocado, sliced

½ Mango, cut into cubes

¼ lb Sushi grade Ahi Tuna

⅛ c Coconut Aminos

1 Tsp Rice Vinegar

1 Tsp Sesame Oil

Sesame seeds

TNP Carrot Ginger dressing



  1. Combine coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and sesame oil into a small bowl.
  2. Cut the ahi tuna into cubes, place into the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine all salad ingredients into a bowl, add marinated ahi tuna to the salad, sprinkle sesame seeds, drizzle with TNP Carrot Ginger Dressing and enjoy!
