This salad is a take on the popular hibachi style carrot ginger dressing served wedge style for a unique presentation.

Yield: 4 servings
1 head Iceberg Lettuce
1/3 cup Shredded Carrots
¼ cup Green onion
- Chop iceberg lettuce into 4-6 wedges depending on size, and chop out the core on the bottom.
- Arrange iceberg wedge on plate and top with shredded carrots.
- Drizzle with desired amount of Carrot Ginger Dressing.
- Add chopped green onion as garnish and serve cold.
