Hibachi Style Carrot Ginger Wedge Salad

This salad is a take on the popular hibachi style carrot ginger dressing served wedge style for a unique presentation.

Yield: 4 servings

 

INGREDIENTS

1 head Iceberg Lettuce

1/3 cup Shredded Carrots

1/3 cup Noble Made Carrot Ginger Dressing

¼ cup Green onion

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Chop iceberg lettuce into 4-6 wedges depending on size, and chop out the core on the bottom.
  1. Arrange iceberg wedge on plate and top with shredded carrots.
  1. Drizzle with desired amount of Carrot Ginger Dressing.
  1. Add chopped green onion as garnish and serve cold.
