Sesame Zucchini Noodles

INGREDIENTS

 

4 Medium Zucchinis

2 tsp Kosher Salt

¼ cup Noble Made Original Coconut Aminos

2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

1 tbsp Sesame Oil

2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Minced

2 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced

1-2 tsp Sesame Seeds

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spiralize zucchini, put in a colander in the sink or over something to catch the water, add salt, and mix. Let sit for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add in Noble Made Original Coconut Aminos, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic cloves. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Remove spiralized zucchini from colander and place between paper towels. Squeeze excess liquid from zucchini.
  4. Add spiralized zucchini, green onions, and about 1-2 tsp of sesame seeds to the bowl with the sauce.
  5. Toss and serve!
