This BBQ Chicken salad is served cold and is perfect for sandwiches, salads and even as a dip for crackers and veggies. A great recipe to use up leftover rotisserie chicken.
Cold BBQ Chicken Salad

Yield: 4-6 Servings
2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
½ cup Celery, Small Diced
¼ cup Red Onion, Small Diced
½ cup Mayonnaise
- Add shredded chicken to a large bowl along with diced celery and onion.
- Add in ½ cup mayonnaise and ½ cup Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce.
- Fold all ingredients together until chicken salad is fully coated and combined with sauce and vegetables. Adjust to taste by adding more Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce.
- Serve cold on a sandwich, salad or use as a dip for crackers and veggies.
