Cold BBQ Chicken Salad

This BBQ Chicken salad is served cold and is perfect for sandwiches, salads and even as a dip for crackers and veggies. A great recipe to use up leftover rotisserie chicken.

 

Cold BBQ Chicken Salad

Yield: 4-6 Servings

 

INGREDIENTS 

2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken

½ cup Celery, Small Diced

¼ cup Red Onion, Small Diced

½ cup Mayonnaise

½ cup Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Add shredded chicken to a large bowl along with diced celery and onion.

 

  1. Add in ½ cup mayonnaise and ½ cup Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce.

 

  1. Fold all ingredients together until chicken salad is fully coated and combined with sauce and vegetables. Adjust to taste by adding more Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce.

 

  1. Serve cold on a sandwich, salad or use as a dip for crackers and veggies.
