The New Primal

Chris Pace is an active duty Air Force C-17 pilot stationed at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. He joined the CrossFit community in July 2009, working out with other New Primal athlete Brian Kost at his box in Charleston, South Carolina – now CrossFit Integrity. Chris competed in the 2010 Southeast Regionals and the 2011 North Central Regionals, with the hopes of someday making it to the CrossFit Games. Now living in Oklahoma with no CrossFit affiliate nearby, Chris works out in his garage, which he calls “The House of Pain.”
